Orders normally processed same day, if not the day after. Cut off time for posting is 2pm Mon to Fri. We offer free UK shipping using an economy service, with Royal Mail 2nd Class. As an addition, we also offer an express Tracked service at a cost. All orders over £20 are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as the free service, again with an option to upgrade to Express. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days. If orders do not make the post on Friday, the next working day is Monday.

International buyers have the choice of International Standard, which is an untracked service, or upgrade to International Tracked & Signed for peace of mind. Please note, if you use International Standard, we will not know how far your parcel has travelled en route, so there is no point asking! If you are in any doubt, it is better to go fully tracked.

We offer a gift wrapping option at checkout, which we are happy to provide for a small fee.  

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or not as described, in which case we will cover return postage.
